Trader Joe’s is coming to The Woodlands!  I used to shop this store often when we lived in California. Not only is it a “Fun” Experience, but Trader Joe’s selection of wines and deli items are unique and worth sampling! The 13,500 sqft store will be @ the corner of Kuykendahl and Woodlands Parkway and is scheduled to open in the Spring, 2012: click here to read more.

Exxon Mobil Announces N. Houston Campus
Exxon Mobil will be relocating in time to take advantage of a 12.1 mile stretch of the Grand Parkway expected to open by 2015, said David Gornet, executive director of the Grand Parkway Association.

Federal agencies have given environmental clearance for the segment and TxDOT is currently mapping right of ways and will start acquiring rights of ways later this year, he said.

He expects construction to start in 2013 on the part of the parkway between State Highway 249 and Interstate 45.

"Exxon is bringing in people from all to over the Houston region," he said. "This will help them."
